Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@techwisegadgets.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and the RMA number clearly marked.
  4. Ship the Return: Use the prepaid shipping label we provide (for faulty items) or ship using a tracked service at your expense.
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the return
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was faulty)
  • For exchanges, any price difference will be refunded or charged

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange free return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
